Lindsey and I adopted "Rosie" our Dalmatian on July 7th, 2000. Lindsey was very excited, because this was my birthday. When we first brought her home she was very nervous and anxious. Since it was summer time we were able to take Rosie with us almost everywhere, swimming, parks, and even the short trips to the store. Her favorite was swimming, she would wade in the shallow parts and jump around and play. Rosie has been with us eight months and adjusted well to her new home. Rosie spends most of her days sleeping on the recliner or chewing on her favorite bone. Rosie turned four on December 30th and I'm sure is counting the days until we can start enoying the nice weather again.
