SPARKLE

Sparkle was rescued from Animal Control, he was neutured and transported to Cocker Spaniel Rescue, where he was adopted into a loving home. His new name is Buddy, but it was that sparkle in his eyes, that got the attention of Sherri to try and give him a second chance on life.
