Rosie was a pit
bull purchased by Erika's grandson from a pet shop in Payson,
AZ. Two days later Rosie came down with parvo. She was nursed
throught this deadly disease, but was never healthy after
that.
In 1990, Erika's
grandson moved to Florida , Rosie went to live with Erika
and Garland in Vermont. Rosie moved with them to Texas and
later back to Vermont.
She was a good,
sweet dog and became the shadow of Erika. She enjoyed life
to the fullest, with her other canine companions and the
love of the Hartmans.
She was 13 years
old when she went to sleep. But she will live on in the
memories of her family, and she will be deeply missed by
her family.
