JOSH-by-Gosh
To
Josh-With Love
I'll
never have another German Shepherd with a sense
of humor like Josh-by-Gosh. The van never left without
Josh-by-Gosh, Am. Canadian, United Kennel Club UD,
ASCDX, U AG1, TDI, TT and 4 UDX legs into his title.
I
heard if you want to make God laugh, make plans.
I had more fun with Josh at school presentations
as he had to clean so many kid's ears and how they
loved it. I got letters asking for Josh to come
back next year so they could pet and hug him. When
Josh was intense his tongue would lick uncontrollably,
staring me right in the eye. He would bring me his
tennis ball or Frisbee over and over, hoping for
one more toss. He never wanted to quit. I cry everytime
I think about what his last hours must have been
like. He lived life with great enthusiasm. I'll
never get over his loss.
Thanks
Josh for seven and a half years of fun and laughs.
You sure enjoyed biting at the hose water. I want
to thank everyone who called us, sent cards and
letters. It helped so much in healing the broken
hearts.
I
especially want to thank Diane Thayer, Elaine Knight,
Jill Smith, Sue Fischer, and Kathy Wise Steiner
for the plaque they gave Josh and me at Paws with
a Cause in Wayland, Michigan, in his honor. I love
you for it. Also, I wish to thank Lynn Simms for
the touching picture she gave me in Josh's memory
- it's perfect.
Sincerely,
Maddy
