Great Dane

Since losing Ernie, we have taken on a very challenging young pup. Gretzky was born in June of 2007 and doesn’t have a submissive bone in his body. We joke that he was born without the “I want to please my owner” gene. This makes him much more difficult to train than any other dog I have owned. The fact that he’s 130lb at 11 months old doesn’t help matters either. He’s bold enough that wheelchairs and walkers don’t faze him, so that part of his future Therapy Dog training should go smoothly.
